Chef Wally is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York. He has been a professional chef for over 30 years in places such as San Diego, Las Vegas, New York, Mexico, and Idaho.

Chef Wally, the owner of Just Cater It, saw a need for a custom catering company here in the Treasure Valley. He developed, operated, and owned Fat Guy's Fresh Deli from its inception until its sale in December of 2021.

Just Cater It was established after the sale of Fat Guy's Fresh Deli. Wally realized the necessity of a custom catering company that works with the client to develop a catering event from the ground up. Offering a dynamic culinary experience, not just a pre-developed menu. The name Just Cater It, is exactly that, "Just Cater It". Any event, anywhere, anytime, totally custom built to the client's culinary expectations and cost of their event. Just Cater It specializes in weddings, birthdays, graduations, or any special event where top of the line catering is necessary. Just Cater It also offers "drop off" events where all of the food is in disposable containers and dropped off at the client's location for the client to setup and use as needed. This is the most cost effective way to cater an event if cost is the primary requirement.
